Is the newest condominium development from local developers, Billetter & Homan. This unique development is currently under construction in a very secluded area on the northern side inside the city of Norwalk, Ohio. Unlike other developments, our homes our customizable to fit your specific needs. This prestigious development is one of the smaller projects we have done with only 68 total homes. It features a variety of building sites including sites around a large stocked pond with two lighted fountains, wood ravine sites, and standard sites that back up to an open field or large pine trees. We have customizable homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 and 3 car garages in different configurations such as attached or free-standing single units to accommodate your price range.
As you will see, our homes are nothing like the most of the franchise companies where everything is extra or your getting the bare minimum. We invite you to come see what we have then compare us anyone else for quality and price. Other area homes that are similar or smaller with very few of the features we include are around 12% to 18% higher in just a base price and with much higher association fees.
GAS IS NOW AVAILIBLE FOR OUR NEW HOMES AND WILL BE INCLUDED ANY NEW BUILDS FROM 6/1/2017 ON.
We pride ourselves in helping every family find a house that perfectly fits their needs. Come to Two Meadows Condominiums today to find your perfect home.
Two Meadows Condominiums are located on the north side of Norwalk, Ohio just off state route 250. This cozy development is within walking distance to shopping such as Wal-Mart, Big Lots, auto parts stores, banks, and restaurants. The center of Norwalk along with fire and police departments, and even more shopping, banks, and restaurants are less than a mile to the south. The newly renovated and state of the art hospital Fisher-Titus along with other medical facilities are a very short distance from the development. Other places like Kalahari Water Park and Convention Center, Cedar Point, all of the restaurants and shopping in Perkins Township and the Ohio Turnpike and St. Rt. 2 are all within 10 miles or so. The city of Norwalk is a great city with much less government interference, cheaper property taxes, less traffic hassles than Sandusky or Perkins which has become crowded and expensive.
